Guild bank/head crafter system.

Daneeka (Sicarius and Kalek are his alts) is our quartermaster and will himself or via alts manage the bank and any extra storage needed for shared items. However, any officers can help you out if you have questions. If in doubt just ask, we don't bite

If you see stuff you need in the guild bank (GB), contact an officer for retrieval and he will pick it up for you and mail it or hand it over asap.

It's ok to put some resources in the GB, if you have to spare, and it's nice to have a stack or two of each so that it's easy to get some even if the Quartermaster or Head Crafters are offline, but:

1. If you have tier1 or tier2 resources to share and there is already a full stack or two in the GB, try to store it yourself or on alts and use /!supplies on bloodbot to advertise. Also check it to see if you find anything you need offered by others. You can also sell it and put the money in the GB, or forward to the appropriate Head Crafter.
2. If you have tier 3 resources needed for the city (Basalt, Duskmetal, Gold, Oak), send it to Chariton as he will convert it to building components and store and track it. See his post in the “Crafting and City Building” forum for current needs, or check with !city on bloodbot.
3. Hide and cloth is the exception to the rule of not to many stacks in the GB. This is because it seems to be the hardest resources to get, so any armor smiths leveling will be very happy to get some help. It seems that the last patches has rectified this a bit, so just use common sense when deciding what to do with any you have to spare.
4. Rare (green) resources can always be put in the bank. Quartermaster will manage those. Request them through officers.

!Supplies is used for resource advertisements. As stated, check and use /tell bloodbot supplies to see if there is any resources you need and to advertise your own spare resources.

Examples:

/tell bloodbot supplies givem Copper 100  - advertise 100 copper.
/tell bloodbot supplies changemy Copper 200  - change the amount.
/tell bloodbot supplies delmy Copper  - remove the advertised copper.

Good items (blue+, greens are a bit too common to justify the space) that you want to share can be sent to Kalek (Quartermaster storage alt), and he will put them up on !gitems for all to see. Check !gitems regularly to see if you need stuff of it, amd contact Quartermaster if you want anything (exception for gems, which are managed by the Head Gemcutter, see below).

Raw gems (Flawless gems only - not uncut - as they cut to blue quality and green quality is to common to justify storage space) you don't need should be sent to the Head Gemcutter (Melech). Head Gemcutter manages storage and redistribution to other gemcutters that need them for leveling, and can cut gems for you from our gems. Cut gems of high quality can be put in the bank, but try not to fill it. You can also send cut gems to the Head Gemcutter who manages the gems listed on !gitems, and stores them.

Gitems is used for keeping track of all gems and items that guild members have donated to the guild for distribution to other members that might need them. As a main rule we stick to blue and purple items, as greens are a bit to common to bother with.

The Quartermaster and Head Gemcutter is responsible for keeping the list up to date, and also to store the gems/items on alts, or themselves.

Example:

/tell bloodbot gitems - lists all items (several pages) available,
  and you can click the items for info etc.

These should be sent to the Head Alchemist (Nataz), for storage and redistribution to leveling alchemists in need. The Head Alchemist is also the right person to go to for your food and potion needs. Of course other alchemists are also encourage to advertise their services if they have things to share.

Head Crafters are not meant to craft everything, but are the administrative heads of their craft, storing needed resources for crafting gear for non-crafters and to help people level their craft. They should all maintain a good stock of resources for the craft. They should also coordinate with the Quartermaster, and have a rough idea of who else in the guild have their craft and at what level.

It might be thoughtful to check with them before sending a lot of resources to make sure they we have a need for them at the moment. Sometimes selling it and donating gold can be just as useful for the guild.

It is not by any means mandatory to send resources (or items for that matter) to Head Crafters, if you need it for your self, keep and use it. It's up to each of us how much we want to contribute to the common stores of the guild.
