This is the leadership of Blood and Profit. They are divided into Senior and Junior officers, where the seniors have main responsibility for rules, plans and coordination within their areas, and the juniors is the staff below them that helps out in day to day execution of activities.
If you'd like to discuss these roles, titles etc. please feel free to do so in our forums. Nothing here is written in stone.
The Senior Officers of Blood and Profit are:
Granorgh (forum name: Daranin)
Doraim (forum name: Jasse)
The Lt. Commanders are in charge of all PvE and PvP activities.
The Lt. Commanders are in charge of recruitment and keeping the guild in line with guild policies
The Lt. Commanders will have Captains and Recruiters helping them in their responsibilities
Daneeka (forum name: lupus)
The Quartermaster is in charge of crafting and city administration.
The Quartermaster is responsible for managing the Guild Bank and all other guild assets.
The Quartermaster will have Head Crafters helping him in coordination of crafting and resource gathering.
Praxeas (forum name: Borgrim)
The Advisor is the official spokesperson of the Guild.
The Advisor is responsible for supporting role-playing events and related activities.
The Advisor will have Heralds and Diplomats helping him in relations with other guilds, and in arranging in-game events.
The Junior Officers of Blood and Profit are the aids that help the Senior Officers in their day to day business.
We will appoint junior officers as needed at any given time. The positions we will be filling are:

This is the only rank outside of the senior officers that will have the ability to recruit new members, and they will also have responsibility for following up Conscripts.
Responsible for informing all new recruits about the expected conduct and guild rules. Showing the way to the forums, and encouraging them to check the forums regularly.
Responsible for reporting bad behaviour of Conscript members to the Lt. Commanders. Their evaluation will weigh heavily in favor or against promoting Conscripts to Phalanx.
Ivaine (forum name: Shinna)
Will work with the Lt. Commanders in organizing raids, both PvP and PvE (some captains will probably focus on PvP, others on PvE).
Responsible for reporting bad behaviour of Phalanx and Conscript members under their command to the Lt. Commanders.

Head Alchemist Nataz (forum name: Nataz)
Head Gemcutter Melech (forum name: Melech)
We will appoint one Head Crafter for each crafting profession.
Will work with the Quartermaster to coordinate the crafting activities in the guild, distribute resources etc.
Borgharen (forum name: Koen)
Will work with the Advisor in representing the guild outward.
Will be involved in negotiating contracts, representing the guild in treaties and meetings with other guilds.
Will be involved in arranging role-playing and other events in the guild
Senior officers hold the rank of Strategos.
Head crafters, Captains, Heralds and Diplomats hold the rank of Taxiarchos.
Recruiters hold the rank of Hyparchos.
Officers and their alts may receive elevated ranks to facilitate their jobs.
Rank and file members will hold the rank of Conscript during the trial period. The length of which is individual based on activity and behaviour (we need time to get to know you).
After a successful trial period they will be promoted to the rank of Chilostys at the first following guild meeting they attend.
The rank of Phalanx will be bestowed upon non-officer members that have shown exemplary behavior, dedication to the guild and is an honorary title. If we grow to a size were we will need leaders with more specific responsibilities not covered by Officer roles (class experts, raid leaders etc.), we will utilize this rank for them
